Meta Tag Audit
Check your page's title, description, Open Graph, Twitter cards, canonical URL, and favicon. Edit any value and copy a ready-to-use fix prompt — paste it into Lovable and your SEO is fixed in seconds.
How to Fix Meta Tags in Lovable
Meta tags are invisible to your users but critical for search engines and social media. When someone shares your Lovable app on Twitter or LinkedIn, the title, description, and image that appear in the preview card all come from your meta tags. Missing or broken meta tags mean your app looks unprofessional when shared — or worse, doesn't appear in search results at all.
Run the audit above
Enter your Lovable app's URL and click Analyze. The tool checks your title, description, Open Graph tags, Twitter cards, canonical URL, and favicon — and flags anything missing or misconfigured.
Review the recommendations
Each field shows a green check if it's healthy, an amber warning if it needs attention, or flags it as missing. Pay special attention to og:image (controls your social preview image) and the meta description (controls your search snippet).
Edit values and copy the fix prompt
You can edit any field directly in the audit. Once you're happy with the values, click "Copy Fix Prompt" — this generates a prompt with the exact meta tags your page needs.
Paste the prompt into Lovable
Open your Lovable project, paste the fix prompt, and Lovable will add or update all the meta tags for you. No code to write, no files to find — just paste and done.
Example prompt to paste into Lovable:
Update the meta tags in my app's <head>: - Set the page title to: "My App — Build faster with AI" - Set meta description to: "The easiest way to build web apps with AI. Start for free." - Add <meta property="og:title" content="My App — Build faster with AI"> - Add <meta property="og:description" content="The easiest way to build web apps with AI."> - Add <meta property="og:image" content="https://myapp.com/og-image.png"> - Add <meta name="twitter:card" content="summary_large_image"> - Add <link rel="canonical" href="https://myapp.com"> Make sure each tag appears exactly once inside <head>.
Good meta tags are a one-time fix that pays off every time someone finds your app through search or social media. Once they're set, they work forever — until you need to update your messaging. Run this audit whenever you change your app's title, description, or branding.
